Our forensic consultants provide expert professional opinion, advice, or interpretation on medicolegal matters, based on the information made available to them. These services may include—but are not limited to—opinion reports, second opinions, expert reviews, and participation in legal proceedings as expert witnesses.
Clients are required to submit all relevant case documents, reports, and data in advance, allowing the consultant to assess the case adequately before the scheduled meeting.
Consultations may be conducted virtually or in-person, depending on the mutual agreement between the consultant and the client.
Variable Fee Structure: Consultation fees vary based on the individual consultant’s expertise, experience, and nature of the case.
Booking Token: A non-refundable token amount in USD (as determined at the time of booking) must be paid in advance to reserve a consultation slot.
Full Payment Requirement: The full consultation fee must be paid in full before the scheduled consultation. No consultation will be held without complete payment clearance.
Mode of Payment: All payments must be made through the designated secure payment channels. Payment details will be provided upon initiating a consultation request.
The consultant's opinion is based solely on the materials provided and their professional judgment. We do not guarantee any legal or procedural outcome resulting from the opinion. Clients are advised to consult their legal representatives for legal strategies.
All information shared with the consultant will be treated as confidential. However, clients must ensure that they are legally authorized to share the information. The consultant will not be liable for any unauthorized disclosure on the client's part.
The opinion or report provided by the consultant is for use by the client for the specific case for which it was sought. It must not be misrepresented, altered, or used out of context. Reuse or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
If you wish to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the consultation time.
Cancellations made after confirmation will not be eligible for a refund of the token amount.
The consultant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, alternate dates or a refund of the token amount may be offered.
The consultant shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the opinion or consultation services. Our services are limited to advisory roles and do not substitute for legal representation.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the forensic consultancy services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the location where the consultant is based, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aligarh based on GLAFIMS Academy's base of operations].
